Don’t know what to do with those bananas that are over ripe?! Here is an idea! Add them to pancakes. I just love them with blueberries! I add a half scoop of Arbonne protein powder to that I get my protein. These pancakes provide a great boost of energy in the morning and they are healthy too!
Ingredients:
- Whole Wheat Pancake Mix
- 1/2 scoop of Arbonne Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 organic egg
- 1/2 cup almond milk – amount varies on how thick you want your pancakes
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen organic blueberries
- 1 soft banana
Combine pancake mix, protein powder, coconut oil, cinnamon, egg, milk, and banana. Add in blueberries.
