It’s almost that time of year again!  For all you foodies…The Nourished Festival is almost here!  The Nourished Festival, formerly known as The Gluten-Free and Allergen-Friendly Expo now caters to not only those people who have gluten/nut/food allergies, it will also be geared to people who have special diets such as keto, paleo, and plant-based.

I’ve been a GFAF Expo blogger for the past four years. I love attending the expo to sample the lastest gluten-free and allergen-friendly products, to hear the current information on wellness from industry leaders, and to form new relationships with others who are in wellness.
