True self-love is: 1) Giving yourself unconditional respect, appreciation, and evaluation of being great, self-acceptance, and 2) It is reminding yourself that you deserve to have all your personal needs met while considering yourself as worthy, valuable, and deserving of happiness.

Difference between Self Love and Self Care

 

Self Love is loving yourself and nurturing yourself.

Self Care is about taking care of ourselves through eating whole foods, exercise, rest and sleep, meditation, getting a massage, and having a manicure/pedicure.
