Raw Cacao Superfood Balls

This is the perfect late night dessert for the chocolate lover! It’s raw, vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free – a healthy option for the entire family!  Without the guilt!

The Raw Cacao Superfood Balls are simple, inexpensive, and only takes five minutes to prepare.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Almonds

1/4 cup Cashews

10 Medjool Dates (seeds removed)

1/2 tsp Raw Cacao Powder

1 tsp NutriBullet Superfood Boost (Chia, Goji Berry, Cacao, and Maca Powder) 

1 tsp Coconut Oil

1/2 cup shredded organic coconut

Mix all of the ingredients except coconut together in a blender for about a minute – which should create a sticky, thick consistency. Once blended, remove blended ingredients to a plate.  Shape in the form of balls or pour ingredients into a square baking dish and shape as a brownie. 

Roll balls in shredded coconut or pour shredded coconut over brownie mix.

Optional:  top brownie with sliced fruit and refrigerate.
